THE SPACE
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,513 square feet cottage is well equipped with a home office set-up and a flexible living space. Depending on your needs, the downstairs family room can turn into a guest suite with complete privacy.
Work from home in the tower office filled with views and light.
Relax on the main outdoor patio sheltered by mature trees and beautiful landscaping. There is also the crow's nest and patio off the kitchen to enjoy your morning brew privately.
The attached garage holds one car, with room for another in the driveway.
GUEST ACCESS
Parking in Capitola is limited. That is why you are set at this Airbnb. You can walk everywhere and even to the Shadowbrook restaurant. If you don't feel like walking, call the Shadowbrook restaurant, and they will send a taxi free of charge with your reservation. (please tip the driver).
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The cottage is not childproof. Please keep in mind the high office and stairs.
