The Space
This home is located in the heart of town and is beautifully remodeled with brand new furnishings and modern amenities. The home itself is a modern style home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, hardwood flooring throughout, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, and ceiling fans for the warmer months. Enjoy views of Capitola Village from your living room or spend a relaxing afternoon enjoying the sunshine on your back patio overlooking a shared courtyard with a BBQ and table for the whole family to enjoy!
Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire unit as well as the garage below the apartment for parking. We provide a parking pass for guests traveling with more than one car.
Neighborhood
Capitola Village is a historic and quaint coastal town, named a best California beach town in USA Today! Come explore all that this atmospheric coastal town has to offer, including surfing, boutique shopping, amazing food, and entertainment for all ages! You will not be disappointed! This neighborhood is very lively and in the middle of the Capitola Village, so there is a lot of activity!

Other things to note
This neighborhood is very lively and on a main road, so there is some traffic noise throughout the day and occasionally at night. There is one parking spot in the garage under the unit, but please note it is a very small space and would be hard to maneuver a bigger SUV or truck in this space. We also provide a parking permit and a map to the permitted spaces.
We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
There are two Smart TV's in the home, however there is no Cable TV
Getting Around
There are numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance to the apartment! As well, you can find a Whole Foods within a 3 minute drive and the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is a 15 minute drive.
