This historic beach house is one of the “colorful cottages” located right on Capitola Beach. The Venetian Court cottages were built around 1930 by Mr. Rispin. His inspiration was to develop “a second Venice” and it is quite obvious that these Mediterranean-style and iconic cottages, located where the Soquel Creek opens up to the ocean, certainly do give visitors a feel for Italian waterfront living. Literally, step outside your front door and you are on the sandy beach of Capitola. You can't get any closer to the sand than the Venetians!
This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath beach house accommodates up to 10 guests and boasts a direct view of Capitola Beach, Soquel Creek and Monterey Bay from large frontage windows. Views and access to the beach are just a few feet away from your private deck. Walk over the Stockton Bridge (just around the corner) into downtown Capitola Village - where you can enjoy restaurants, coffee shops, eateries, locally-owned boutiques and wine tasting rooms!
