Come enjoy the sunny deck with a view of Capitola Village! The apartment features 2 bedrooms; one with a queen size bed and the second bedroom with a bunk bed, full size on the bottom and twin on the top. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer. The 2nd story deck features a gas grill and seating area for the whole gang to congregate.
Also included is one designated parking space that fits a standard-size car.
Capitola is a historic little coastal town with plenty of surf spots, boutique shops, and a whole host of commercial and entertainment outlets for young and old alike.
