This cute and cozy two-bedroom, two-bath condo is perfectly situated tucked away on Riverview Ave in the heart of Capitola Village. This two-story condo has a reverse floor plan, with an open kitchen, dining, and living room on the second floor. There is a delightful small deck perfect for drinking coffee in the morning or having wine at night. There is one bedroom and bathroom on the main floor up a short flight of stairs, and the second bedroom is upstairs - please note the second bedroom is “loft style” and is above the living room. It is separate and private from the living area up a short flight of stairs, however, there is a half wall that is open to the living area below.
This home is best suited for a couple or small family.
There is one covered parking spot, storage for bikes or surfboards, and a washer and dryer.
