The open concept floor plan consists of three bedrooms, one-and-a-half bathrooms, plus a loft (counting as a bedroom) which in total will sleep 6 people very comfortably. The staircase adjacent to the property provides access to the sandy beach not but eighty feet below.
Revel in the wide variety of local activities including (but certainly not limited to) seasonal whale watching, art, wine and music festivals as well as award-winning restaurants, locally owned gift shops, and several coastal California's most gorgeous State Parks.

- The house is also equipped with an air mattress if needed, which would add capacity to sleep a total of eight
- Down in the basement laundry room, we have boogie boards, skim boards, two surf boards and a Kayak for fun in the sun.
