Our Capitola Breeze Condo is a spacious and modern 2 bedroom/ 2 bath Condo with high ceilings, a wall of windows and front balcony with an ocean view overlooking the quaint village. You are 150 steps to the Beach (toes in sand!), Capitola pier, boutique shopping and more than 20 restaurants in Capitola Village. Open, airy, remodeled kitchen, gorgeous gas fireplace, WiFi, Big Screen TV and a back patio with a BBQ grill and lovely, terraced yard. This is coastal living at its best. One full bathroom downstairs with a queen sofa sleeper, and two bedrooms and one full bathroom upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom has twin bunkbeds and a full-size bed. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Covered tandem parking for 2 cars. Perfect for family vacations, reunions and special getaways!
Our Seaview Condo (next door) is a single level two bedroom one bath condo with high ceilings. Sleeps 6 comfortably but can sleep 8. Also has a lovely private back patio with a BBQ grill. Covered parking for one car and dirt parking space in front for second car. Great ocean views from living room and kitchen.
Both condos can be rented together and the gate between the back patios can be opened for larger groups. Both condos are listed on both Airbnb and VRBO.
