The outdoor patio on the river is completely separated from the house, which is on the street side of the property.
Best of all, all of Capitola's attractions are just a stone's throw away. From restaurants to shops and the beach, everything is within easy walking distance.

**Please note: there is street parking only, and no dedicated parking spot. You will be provided with a Village Parking Pass to place on your dashboard. The back patio may be shared occasionally with the owners and their family, but the river's edge patio is exclusively for guest use!
