Mermaid Triathalon and Duathalon Capitola

MERMAID TRI & DU
The Mermaid Tri & Du Capitola is one of the best all women triathlons on the West Coast. The event features an ocean swim in the sheltered waters near the Capitola Wharf, a relatively flat bike course, followed by a run on the ocean bluff overlooking Capitola Village. All participants receive a stylish women’s cut shirt, custom finisher’s necklace, and post race food.
MERMAID DASH
The Mermaid “beach dash” is a chance for young Mermaids to participate in the Mermaid and experience the joy of crossing the finish line. Girls get a medal, finisher necklace and post race breakfast. The dash is for girls ages 6 – 12.Parents are encouraged to let the girls run on their own, however you are welcome to run along, especially for parents with younger daughters.
