Every year on Halloween, dozens of women dress up as witches and glide along Monterey Bay on stand-up-paddleboards. In silhouette, their paddles look like brooms as they magically glide along the water. Head out to the Capitola Beach and Wharf to enjoy a crisp fall morning and start your Halloween right!
