Since 1975, Polar Bear Ice Cream has churned hand-made small batch artisan ice cream right here in Santa Cruz County, using all-natural and locally sourced ingredients. Re-opening the iconic scoop shop at Stockton and the Esplanade, Polar Bear returns to its original Capitola scoop shop to delight a loyal and loving fan base. The fun is scooped every day, along with a commitment to natural ice cream, responsible sourcing of flavors & mix-ins, and the creative flavors that reflect Santa Cruz.
